VTI reserves the right to modify its privacy policy at any time in a discretionary manner, or as a result of a change of doctrinal criteria of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, legislative or jurisprudential with regards to data protection or services of the society of the information, in which case it will come into force and will be applicable to all users of the website since it is published.

Whenever it is necessary to complete a form to exchange information with VTI, when sending it the user accepts that he has been informed and gives express consent to the content of the clause that accompanies it.

When it is necessary to provide personal data for access to certain content or services, users will guarantee its veracity, accuracy, authenticity and validity while browsing our website, including the declaration of having the minimum age required to access certain services that indicate it. By providing such information the user accepts that he has been informed and expresses his consent explicitly and affirmatively. VTI will give said data the treatment that corresponds according to its nature or purpose, in the terms indicated as established in Section 1, Article 30 of the GDPR.
