HRP Test Bench - VTI SL

System for carrying out static load tests on seat backs and head restraints according to the standards (ECE R-17 and 25, FMVSS 202. 202A…). Possibility of hydraulic or electrical operation and manual or automatic positioning.

Ability to test 1 to 3 independent modules in terms of loads and position of the H point, allowing the test with independent seats or with symmetric or asymmetric benches. It includes anthropomorphic load elements (back pans and head forms).

Like all VTI controls, they are real-time fully digital and self-developed. They allow applying the loads defined on the standards or profiles introduced by the user. It is possible to synchronize acquisition of additional user sensors.
